A country of this size does not have a single character. The desert states have nothing in common with the backwaters; the Himalaya are a different world again. Choosing well matters more here than almost anywhere.
We build journeys around what actually draws you — culture and heritage, landscape, food, wildlife, walking, ritual, or simply the wish to travel slowly and be looked after properly. Then we work out the order, the pace and the season that make it work.

If a place is disappointing, badly timed, or two hours further than it is worth, we will say so. We would rather lose a night from an itinerary than add one you do not enjoy.

The person who designs your journey stays with it. You are not handed to a booking desk once you have paid.
Carefully run on the ground
Transfers, drivers, permits, internal flights and guides are coordinated as a single itinerary, so the joins between places are as considered as the places themselves.

Tell us your idea
Send us as much or as little as you have — dates, a rough shape, or simply that you would like to see India. A conversation follows, by email or call, at a time that works where you are.

We design your journey
You receive a written itinerary: the route, why it runs in that order, where you stay each night and what each day actually involves.

We refine it together
Almost nobody takes the first draft. Change the pace, swap a region, add days, take days out. This is the part that matters most, and there is no charge for revisions.

You travel
Everything is confirmed and documented before you fly. You travel with a local point of contact and our number, and we stay reachable throughout.
